Products & pricing

We aim to describe products and prices accurately. Prices are in EUR and include VAT for EU destinations. We may correct errors and update prices at any time before your order is accepted.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (e.g. stock or pricing errors) and refund any payment.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

Shipping & returns

Delivery is covered in our Shipping policy; cancellations, returns and refunds in our Returns & refunds policy.

Warranty & liability

Products come with a 2-year warranty and your statutory rights. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of your order. Ride responsibly and follow local laws on where and how electric scooters may be used.

All content on this site is owned by VOLTRA or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

Governing law
