- Payment data: handled by our payment processor (Stripe) — we never store full card details.
- Contact data: messages you send us via the contact form or email.
- Usage data: basic analytics and cookies to run and improve the site.
Why we use it (legal basis)
- To process and deliver your order (performance of a contract).
- To provide support and handle returns (legitimate interest / contract).
- To meet legal and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
- For marketing emails only with your consent — unsubscribe anytime.
Who we share it with
Only the partners needed to fulfil your order: our payment processor (Stripe), shipping carriers, and IT providers acting on our behalf. We do not sell your data.
Retention
We keep order records as long as required for tax and warranty purposes, then delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data, and object to processing. Email support@voltra.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
